Computer Training
Equipping for a better future
We provide basic ‘Computer Training’ for young boys and girls. In the slum’s we meet so many young people who have managed to complete their education but are unemployed, often because they have no knowledge of computing and most workplaces and companies require some kind of computer knowledge.
This is a three-month course during which time they learn Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and how to use the Internet/e-mail.
Over the years a good number of young people have got jobs because of the training we provided. We have given computer training to over 600 young people.
